After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us and eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We aim to deliver you with your order as soon as possible but we cannot guarantee the delivery time in all the cases. This is to ensure the safety of our riders. Delivery service may be temporarily unavailable in selected areas due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances to ensure the safety of our drivers.

If you order your vouchers from the restaurant, you will receive verbal confirmation and when the voucher can be collected.
